BP Fuels Value Chain ANZ regional deployment of a SAP IS-OIL implementation as part of a worldwide rollout involved a local budget of $100 Mill and a team of up to 400 people across both f/t and contract staff, delivering over 2 years, on time and on budget.

FVCs are about creating the most value from BP’s physical assets – refineries, terminals, pipelines and service stations – and its customer relationships in each of the company’s major locations.

BP is one of the world's largest energy companies, providing its customers with Retail, Commercial, Distributors, Dealer, Card, Air, Marine Fuels, Supply, Logistics, Elite, Bitumen, Refineries x2, Finance, IT&S, External Affairs, Tax, HR. for everyday items BP started implementing SAP as solution by replacing IFCS ERP solution in which SAP PI Interfaces developments for ANZ region were involved.

The BP BST(Business Services Transformation program) is a global initiative. Alongside the launch of the BSC in Budapest work has begun on the second centre in Chicago. Plans for the third centre in the Far East are well developed. As well as the objectives cited on the slide service centers underpin the global business that is BP.

The decision to select Budapest was as a result of a detailed location analysis conducted across a number of European cities. Selection criteria included suitable labor availability (population size and growth, skills and language availability), costs (labor and real estate) and risks (economic, political and social factors).

Target Corporation, doing business as Target, is an American retailing company headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Its bullseye trademark is licensed to Wesfarmers, owners of the separate Target Australia chain which is unrelated to Target Corporation.

Target is a chain of discount stores that are about 95,000 to 135,000 square feet (12,000 m ) and carry hardlines, softlines (clothing), and a limited amount of groceries, mostly non-perishable. Specifically, Target stores carry clothing, shoes, jewelry, health and beauty products, electronics, compact discs, DVDs, bedding, kitchen supplies, sporting goods, toys, pet supplies, automotive supplies, and hardware supplies.
