Formulate procurement strategy and participate in the preparation of detailed estimates and budget control.

Duties & Responsibilities

Plan, perform, supervise and coordinate expediting activities to ensure meeting committed delivery of all materials/equipment and its related engineering documents to the specified delivery point; aiming at minimizing delivery slippage and focusing on foreseen fabrication bottlenecks with recommended actions to rectify or improve.

Participate in pre and post award meetings to review/discuss the preliminary schedules, progress report requirements and potential problematic areas that may impact the required delivery.

Review expediting reports for content, completeness and appropriateness and ensuring follow-up on action items, including evaluation and analyzing supplier fabrication schedules and progress.

Ensure suppliers understanding of purchase orders requirements and the method & milestones for progress verification.
