Position: Director of Operations & Sales, Rail Support. I have grown a privately held 3PL from 300,000 square feet to a million square feet in lessthan three years. I initiated with Conrail for reinstatement of rail service to the building after having the siding rehabilitated, and in two years’ time, have grown the volume to over 1,000 rails annually, with additional volume scheduled for 2019 and beyond. I am responsible for a workforce of 35 associates, plus the customer service department.

Position: Senior VP of Sales & Marketing. I personally took a bulk mail consolidator and transformed the company into a viable and successful third party warehouse and distribution center, increasing warehouse space from 140,000 square feet to over one million square feet in less than a year’s time. I brought companies such as Nestle Waters North America, Cadbury Schwepp’s/Snapple and Wakefern/Shop Rite into the operation, increasing sales by over $2.8 million per year.

Position: VP Sales, Northeast Region. Secured eight and a half million dollars of new business in one year. Improved and increased existing customer business by facilitating problems and providing solutions for expanded business opportunities.
National Distribution Centers, Vineland, NJ
Position: Director of Business Development, Eastern Region. I increased sales by over seven million dollars in one year by contracting with Ocean Spray, Annheuser Busch, Frigidaire and Wakfern Foods Corporation. Implemented use of scope document to qualify potential business. Began career at NDC as General Manager of the Dole Pineapple facility, responsible for 212,000 sq. ft. of warehouse operations. I was in charge of converting the AS-400 to the EXE WMS and did so after conducting full physical inventory (A&B counts) to verify accuracy.
