PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
As Construction project manager-Electrical:
Overseeing projects from pre-construction to closeout.
Plan, direct and coordinate each activities of construction project to ensure that the goals and Objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
Assist as required for all pre-construction activities, including estimating and negotiating subcontractor and vendor agreements.
Identify design inefficiencies and recommend changes to keep project on budget while still meeting the required specifications.
Directly responsible for the developing and maintaining project budget and schedules for engineering design, material delivery, execution, Monthly / weekly look ahead, long lead delivery schedule etc.

As Electrical Project engineer:
Generally responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of the projects.
Provide technical expertise including design, estimating, planning, engineering, procurement, construction & execution, pre-commissioning through all phases of projects.
Review & revise single line diagram & design drawings to compliance with engineering principles, company standards and client contract requirements.
Carry out and perform electrical calculations such as load estimation, load schedules, single line diagrams, voltage drop calculations alongside appropriate resizing of cables, circuit breakers, cable-trays, trunks and cable-ladders in accordance with standards and project specifications.
Prepare method statement, materials submittals summit to the consultant & getting approval.
Prepare take offs electrical material and/or consumables, bill of quantities (BOQ), materials requisitions and tracked site deliveries.
Submit site daily reports, weekly/monthly progress report, inspection requests, RFI, long lead material Schedule, estimates and all other applicable monitoring reports on regular basis as required to management, main contractor and consultant.
Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards, approved method Statement & shop drawing.
Participating project progress meetings, workshop meetings, coordination meetings with main Contractor/consultant /client and resolving client/engineering and management project issues.
Coordinates with Client / Consultant representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works, Co ordinate with other services, supplier & subcontractor in order to move smooth project progress.
