PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES, operate a dump

Capture Daily Diaries

Filing of project correspondence

Typing of project correspondence as dictated by the Site Manager

Take minutes of meetings

Screening of telephone calls

Assist in maintaining the Compensation Event Register

Control stationery

Keep Site Manager's diary

Control Gate Release book / vehicle permits

Maintain transmittals to and from the client

Responsible for plant returns

QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION

Minimum Secondary Education of Grade 12

Computer literacy

Good working knowledge of MS Office products

4 years’ experience in related field
