Job Responsibilities:

Handling Finished Goods dispatch, Raw Materials dispatch, service items dispatch, General Items dispatch and scrap items dispatch.

Assisting in preparation of MIS Reports relating to Dispatches.

Maintaining Statutory Records like RM Invoices & Scrap sales Invoices

Assists in bill Punching, checking & matching for purchase accounting.

Assisting for making delivery challan and rejections debit notes.

Knowledge about export documentation and execution.

Full participation in 5s activities and kaizens.

Over all Control and Maintenance in Computerized System on ERP (INFOR).

Maintain the schedule for scrap relating dispatches.

Also knowledge of transfer inventory in ERP (INFOR).
