OBJECTIVE:

To secure a responsible position as Aircraft Structure Repair Mechanic (Sheet metal) with the opportunity of professional growth and advancement.

SUMMARY OF SKILL:

Drilling, Reaming, Bending, Cutting, Stretching and shrinking of metal according to required specifications (Size and Shape)

Making lay-outs for fabrication/repair and installation of modified components as per drawings.

Disassemble, repair, patch, rework, fabricate and installation of aircraft structural components according to technical manual.

Completion of all required maintenance records in an accurate and timely manner.

Interpretation of technical manuals, engineering drawings and blueprints.

Following of safety procedures, engineering drawings, military specifications, standards and technical manuals to accomplish assigned tasks.

Ability to work independently and coordinate with fellows in order to complete different tasks in given time frame.

WORK EXPEREINCE:

Pakistan Air Force (October, 2000 to June 2018)

Working as Aircraft Structure Technician on F-16 A/C which includes drilling, reaming, riveting, sealing, fabrication of parts according to the technical drawings and required specifications.

Experience to work on F16 A/C modifications (MLU, FALCON UP, FALCON STAR TCTOS) in Turkey and Pakistan.

Replacement of FS 341 Bulkhead, FS 479 Bulkhead, Longerons, Stiffeners, Wing attach fittings and brackets.

Accomplished several challenging tasks with responsibility in team work to rectify structure and related defects.
