Company Name: Terminal Ballistics Research laboratory, Chandigarh under Defence Research & Development Organization (DRDO), Ministry Of Defence, Govt of India.
Description: The purpose of this report is to have first hand knowledge about the working of GPR. The experiments have been conducted to detect the sub surface explosive/ non-explosive targets as well as the transmission of Radar waves through the over ground bunkers.

Company Name: HCL Info systems Ltd. Learning Division, Mohali.
Description: The purpose of this report is to have first hand knowledge about the networking technology including its models, protocols and applications. The experiments have been conducted to practically learn the communication between various networks on Cisco Software.
Project 5: Conducted a Socio-Economic & Political survey for five days by taking responses from the general public on their views towards the present Government in Punjab.

WORK EXPERIENCE AT BAJAJ CAPITAL LTD. NEW DELHI
To carry out the talent acquisition process by sourcing the candidates through various educational institutions via campus placements.
Campus visits were organised by coordinating with the training and placement officers of the respective educational institution.
Campus placements were conducted in various campuses of North Indian states including Greater Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh.
Campus Placements involved presentation of the company describing the company profile followed by interviews consisting of technical round, HR round and salary negotiation.
After selection of the candidates at the respective campuses, offer letters were sent to the concerned candidates.
Joining Formalities are performed on the joining date by scrutinising the validity of the documents of the concerned candidate after successfully conducting the reference checks.
Candidates were transferred to the training and development department in order to impart them proper training in accordance with their respective fields.
In case of misconduct warning letters were sent to the respective employee. On repetition of the same termination mail was given and termination letter were personally handed over to the employee with his immediate removal.
Upon wilful resignation exit interview of the employee was conducted.
Proper records were maintained on monthly basis depicting the no of campuses visited and no of hiring’s done.
WORK EXPERIENCE AT OSCAR SECURITY AND FIRE SERVICES CHANDIGARH
To perform the HR generalist activities involving recruitment, interview handling, joining formalities, attendance management, grievance handling.
Recruitment comprises of internal and external recruitment. Internal recruitment consists of hiring for internal profiles such as sales, accounts, human resource, executive assistant, legal, payroll, compensation and compliance.
External recruitment comprises of governing a team of recruiters in external recruitment projects for government and private organizations.
Handled large scale recruitment for government projects involving Poshan Abhiyan under Women and Child Development Department (Government of Haryana).
Carried out the reference checks of the candidates recruited under Poshan Abhiyan followed by maintenance of records of candidates recruited under different categories.
Handled private recruitment projects for a no of multinational companies like Tech Mahindra, Bisleri, Winsome Textiles, Mahindra and Mahindra for various profiles including sales, customer care, human resource, merchandising, IT, production, stores, accounts etc.
Internal recruitment for various internal profiles involved sourcing the candidates through various job portals like naukri, monster, indeed and linked in. Various external consultancies were also contacted for internal profiles.
After successfully screening the candidates through job portals proper schedule of interviews was organised in consultation with the management.
Interview handling of the internal candidates is done by conducting the technical rounds followed by HR round and then conducting the final round with the management. This is followed by salary negotiation with the compensation manager.
After selection of the candidate joining date is intimated to him.
Conducting of reference check of the selected candidate before his joining.
Offer letter is mailed to the selected candidate intimating his joining date after successfully completing his reference check.
Joining formalities of the selected candidate is done on his joining date by scrutinizing the validity of the documents effectively and handing over to him the offer letter.
Proper induction schedule of the joined candidate is made and induction is carried as per the given schedule.
After the induction of the newly joined employee proper on boarding of the employee is done in his respective department.
In case of misconduct show cause notice are sent to the respective employee. On repetition of the same termination mail is given and termination letter is personally handed over to the employee followed by blocking his internet, mail and sim access leading to his immediate removal.
