Employed in Rayyan Stadium project, reporting to the Commercial Manager, provision of contractual entitlement of variations and claims, review and verify the variations and claims prepared by the quantity surveyors, final checking and verification of monthly payment application on the progress of the work, coordination, reconciliation and finalizing the variations, claims and monthly payment applications in liaison with the main contractor, preparation of cost value reconciliation reports.

Dubai Tiara Towers
PMDC in JV with ADPI in the role of Engineer, for AED 1.2 billion hotel and offices twin tower. The project was suspended due to financial crisis at 6th floor. Claims of contractors and consultants were amicably settled. This was a (GMP) Guaranteed Maximum Price contract.
Al Ain Wildlife Park – Budget, client :Abu Dhabi Government
Preparation of budget based on a brief and authority specification which includes roads, car parking, observation pavilions, hotels, veterinary hospital and staff quarters. Other recreation centers and utilities (substations, STP, water distribution scheme etc.) Budget followed initial brief and constitutes a work breakdown structure and proposed packaging, phasing; circa AED 1.5 billion.
