Built up a new website for the company from scratch, starting from the content, image selection, domain, hosting and emails.

Allocate projects to vendors and freelancers on timely basis according to their expertise.

Had to be in contact with the CA for day to day expenses tracking. Sharing all the details of the vendors/clients with our CA for payables as well as receivables. Sharing the details for GST/TDS with our CA every month.
