Handling all Imports key customers Sea shipment to Dammam from Overseas.
Handling general inquiries for Air/Sea, and obtaining competitive rate from origin as per Consignee’s request.
Once nomination is received from the client, checking the rate validity/ shipper details against the Tariff & forward the same to origin.
Opening a file as per the system, checking with the overseas counterpart for cargo status, readiness, pick up status and vessel details.
Updating the customer with all the details of the cargo.
Coordinating with the customer for the proper documentation that is required for custom clearance, in prior to avoid mental stress and agony at the later end.
Tracking the shipments, checking the Debit Note, taking up the Invoice disputes to appropriate, follow up on the same until the dispute is closed.
Notifying the customers 7 days prior to the Arrival, releasing the documents to consignee by sending instructions to front office along with documents and issuing the invoices to them as per the agreed Freight rate.
Preparing Sea Import Weekly Reports and updating consignee for their track of total volumes moved on weekly bassis.
Attending Incoming calls from customer, giving information to the consignee on the status of the cargo and taking first hand information for follow up till delivery of this shipment.
