The project aimed at Verification and Validation of the WLR3 ISDN2e program which takes care of providing digital telephone lines for BT customers through the Open reach stack. The team tested the application developed to check the order progression under two modules.

The testing of different functions in the operations module includes the proper recording of periodic outstanding invoices, charge back and suspense amounts for a particular customer in the given AR cycle and highlighting the outstanding amount for a given period.
Ledger enquiry
The Ledger enquiry module records the account details, date, activities, payments made and received, customer contact details, and invoice details in FIFO order.
Cash entry
Cash entry module allocates the cash received from the customer thereby reducing the outstanding amount for a particular activity or for a set of outstanding invoices. Cash entry includes batch creation, deletion, edition and review. Exchange rate module provides the conversion factor on the required date for any foreign currency transactions.

Vision Effort Tracker is a salary accounting tool aimed at developing an effort tracking system that is vital to an organization. Effort trackers is focused on tracking the employee activities and summarize all related activities calculating the total hours spent and effective utilization of the employee and generate reports. There were two modules under testing.
Expense monitor
Expense monitor module records and validates the monthly expenses covered by a group or individual against the bills produced to the accounts team.
Time and Report
This module records the individual man hours spent by a resource in a work day. Reporting module generates periodical charts on productivity and effective utilization of the work group and individual. Group entity segregates the expense accounted by one or more individual that will be charged against a particular charge code.

Medi Sure system application is a medical billing ERP that manages the process of submitting and following up on claims with health insurance companies in order to receive payment for services rendered by a healthcare provider. The application records the patient’s demography details, insurance details, treatment undertaken and generates monthly bills based on their treatment code. The application keeps the full information about the record, their provider, their billing information such as address, SSN, contact details, employer information, reference physician and their insurance details as per HIPPA policy. Medi Sure System prints HCFA 1500 insurance forms with the information recorded for the particular patient based on the key reference number for the primary details of billing. It also takes care of the provider’s appointment details, custom statements forms and insurance layouts. The System also generates invoices, patient wise invoice and staff shift schedule for every patient.

Create module creates a new invoice with details of invoice date, description, value, quantity, duration, approval route under a URN. Search module retrieves the invoice with the search criteria such as URN, invoice number and date. Modify module allows the user to change/update invoice details such as quantity, approval route, value and duration.
