JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Educating employees by conducting daily tool box meeting on various topics on site HSE issues and process hazard and suggest necessary corrective actions.

Monitoring, maintaining and inspecting PPE’s (personal protective equipment) and fire extinguishers as per requirements.

Ensure availability of firefighting extinguishers where ever necessary & also train workers for the correct use.

To conduct Weekly and Monthly inspection of fire Alarm and firefighting Equipment’s.

Continues visit to work site and carry out regular inspection for the identification of the hazard and unsafe conditions and act to ensure that appropriate control measures has been implemented.

To give onsite training to workers related to health and safety.

Participating in HSE site walkthrough.

Participating in HSE meetings.

Advise about prevention of injury to personnel and damage to plant and equipment.

To inspect all the movable Equipment and conduct monthly inspection.

Advise and remind foreman, supervisors and employees about safe work practices and safety standards and regulations

Conducting supervisors meeting at workplace.

Monitoring the high-risk activities scaffolding, working at height and lifting activities.

Implement the Permit to Work procedure.

Conducting visual inspection of lifting gears.

Ensure proper housekeeping at site.

Preparing and maintaining sign boards and posters.
