• Responsible for oversight of daily operations on multiple construction sites from beginning to completion. Also responsible for daily scheduling of contractors, vendors, and inspections.

• Supervising all activities and tasks, and ensuring the safety, compliance, and daily clean up of the various jobsites. Updating the project manager along the way with job progress through completion.

• I was a liaison for Lifechurch.tv responsible for upholding direct and healthy communications between the church leadership, general contractors, and subcontractors of construction companies that partner with the church to build new campuses or remodel existing ones.

• Direct responsibility during a remodel situation of an already existing campus was to ensure a healthy relationship between Lifechurch.tv campus teams (staff) and construction contractors during all phases of construction start to finish.

• Responsible for obtaining bid proposals from construction companies and their subcontractors for review, negotiate pricing, assist in creating budgets, and assist in presenting budget proposals to church leadership for financial approval.

• Responsible for negotiating construction costs, making adjustments as needed, maintain communication with general contractors, and oversee execution of each phase of construction in the field by the sub contractors.

• Partner with colleagues of the Construction and Design Team in setting, monitoring, and maintaining set detailed budgets for all construction projects start to finish of new buildings and remodeling of existing campuses of Lifechurch.tv.
