Project & Assignment Description:

PeopleSoft Application Integration with external systems: The Carlyle Group is an American multinational private equity, alternative asset management and financial services corporation. It specializes in corporate private equity, real assets, global credit, and investments.

Responsibilities:

Develop the new integration setup between the client system and Ariba interfaces. This makes the security granting to the vendors real-time. Once the security is integrated the user can access the Ariba system to perform business activities. It also enables publish remittance details to Ariba from Peoplesoft.

Keep the track of all development projects migration across the non-production environment and production environment Using PHIRE tool (its delivered tool provided by Peoplesoft). Non-production environments involves Quality test, User acceptance environment. He will use this tool to compare the programs developed against other environments.

Use ExcelToCI (extension of Component Interface) template for loading the voucher entries and Journal entries in bulk. The data from the vendors will be collected and stored in a template. Finally the data will be loaded into ExcelToCI template and uploaded to the client system.

Work on existing Application Package tool to modify the payment file templates that is used to generated the Payment files from the Peoplesoft (Client system) and send it to Banks using Integration broker. Different banks will expect the payment files to be in different format based on the requirement. So he will be working on the tool to get the right template to assign to respective bank.

Be part of Quality Assurance testing for all the development related to Purchasing, Asset management, project costing and Cash management. Post Quality Assurance testing the project will be migrated to UAT (User Acceptance Test) environment. This testing performed to confirm the functionality working and it should not impact other module.

Ross PeopleSoft Application Support: Ross is one of the largest Enterprise Resource Planning Landscape in PeopleSoft. PeopleSoft system is used to support needs to Human capital management and Supply Chain Management. It involves Implementation of modules in HCM like Workforce Administration, Manager self-service, Employee self-service etc. On SCM Ross uses Asset Management, Expenses, Accounts Payables and Purchase Order. The Project involves supporting the existing systems as well as carry out critical changes to existing as per the demand of the organization. PeopleSoft system is used for Employee data management and any regulatory requirement.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of functional specification, developing, debugging and unit testing of application.

The Scope is to bring in the KING population into Pfizer PeopleSoft Payroll system as a part of King Payroll Integration.

Responsibilities:

Understanding the Clients requirements and involved in the design, coding and testing of King Integration.

Preparation of Unit test plan.

Developed three processes to bring in the tax data of the king colleagues into legacy Pfizer system.

The existing processes were made generic to accept the future acquisitions.

Pfizer maintains all its employee data across globe in PeopleSoft HRMS platform. Pfizer has acquired the Wyeth as a part some of the employees got duplicate entries into the Pfizer system which had the severe impact on the payroll and benefit modules. The project handled the automated elimination of the duplicate entries.

To identify the population that needs to be clean up.

To validate the outcome statements to match the desired results.

Made the process to run in delete and merge to modes to combine and delete the data.
