1. Working as a judge in South Wollo Zone High Court Amhara Regional State, Dessie Ethiopia (from October 2007- present). The main responsibilities and duties are as follow:

Monitor the testimony of witnesses, and settle disputes between prosecutors and defence attorneys

Ensure that all proceedings are fair and protect the legal rights of everyone involved

Interpret rules and regulation based on own knowledge of the law.

Participate in mobile court service in different local districts which are far from the high courts

Participate in various gender and legal related workshops and trainings 2. Working as a part-time instructor in Admass and Alpha University Colleges, Dessie Ethiopia (from October 2009-present). The major course that I have been teaching are :
