I 469MW GVK GAUTAMI POWER PLANT:

Being a instrumentation and control maintenance engineer doing regular maintenance activities to comply with predefined periodical Goals and objectives for the Maintenance team Members.

Development of Technicians competencies by facilitating individuals to improve their Technical skills to resolve the critical issues.

Planning & execution of Plant preservation and Restoration activities.

Documentation of calibration reports and inspection records as per IMS procedures.

Execution of maintenance activities related to plant EGATROL, DCS (ALSPA P320), TURBOTROL-P320 TGC, IIT 800XA ADVANT Automation control, CONTROCAD tools and CENTALOG HMI systems.

Well conversant with Drive (Pumps, MOV’s and CV’s) control logics and SMART Field Instruments & analyzers.

Working experience with TYCO Fire Control panel, Fire Hydrant System and all kinds of detectors, maintenance, and repair and troubleshooting.

Maintenance and Operation of DCS and field Instruments (Solenoid valves, Transmitters, I/P Converters, Control valves, MOV’s, Thermo couples, RTD, Gauges, Pressure regulators, Ash handling system and etc.. ).
