I have done cabling, repaired printers, imaged computers with backup, Windows migrations from XP to Windows 7 and Windows 7 to Windows 10. I have done server work on Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016. I have done work for the government in Senators offices and hardware repair for The Corp of Engineers. The main work I have been performing for the last 4 years has been repairing Dell business products under warranty for Dell through Unisys. I am a Dell Certified Technician. I am also a HP certified Technician and I occasionally do work on HP products through Modis for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. I have set up work centers in Hotels and have done troubleshooting on switches and Cisco Equipment. I have been involved with computers since before PC’s came out and I have worked with every Windows operating system since pre-DOS. I have some knowledge of the Macs as well and have imaged and repaired many of them also.
