Founded, built and grew an IT services business with strong focus on customer service delivery that successfully delivered projects deploying IT solutions including virtualisation, cyber security and software licensing for more than ten customers supporting more than 2000 users within 5 years. Achieved a network up-time of at least 99.95% by reducing outages for two of the large networks for a national ministry as well as a private hotel and gaming property chain by collaborating with key stakeholders that required re-engineering the networks to identify and eliminate points of failure.

Realised significant cost savings by successfully integrating the Avaya and Nortel business units as well as staff resources and related systems within three months while retaining good customer service levels.

Drove strategy to help customers provide enhanced customer services through successful delivery of innovative IT solutions accessed through negotiated supply agreements with leading global suppliers such as Avaya, Nortel, Radware, Verint, etc. to access solutions that includes cyber security, data centres, contact centres, etc.
