Position: MP&L Manager and Operations Manager (since 2014) Responsible for S&OP, logistics, warehouse, material planning, aggregate capacity planning, tooling management and KPI management for Nemak plant in Brazil, with more than 1,000 employees and capacity of over 50 ton of aluminum casting yearly.

Production planning according to customer requirements, capacity availability, inventory policies, transportation, aiming at timely delivery, productivity, quality and costs targets.

As Operations Manager, also responsible for production (core making, HPDC and GSPM casting, heat treatment and machining operations), maintenance, quality and HSE, accounting for a team of approx. 600 employees, including managers, supervisors, coordinators, analysts, residents and operators.
