Safety Manager, Turner Consulting & Management services Pvt. Ltd (Statue of Unity) 01 Mar 15 till date

The project is 2900 crore consisting of the world’s tallest statue on Narmada Dam, widening of the approach road, construction of Hotel, viewing gallery, construction of bridge connecting the road to the statue. The 182 Meters statue of Sardar Vallabhai Patel is being built by M/S L&T in 4 years.

Review and recommend the HSE policy as per the BOCW requirement

Review and comment the method statement and risk assessment

Verify the permit system being implemented

Oversee the implementation of HSE standard by L&T

Conduct the HSE meetings and inform the non-compliances for initiating immediate corrective action by the contractor

Verify the P&M documents for its routine and periodical inspection

Safety Manager, Turner International Consulting India Pvt. Ltd, Oct 2013 – to Feb 2015

The project is 972 Cr. Design built consisting of constructing of 23 high raise buildings for DLF. The project is in three phases. Besides this, there are 5 multi-story buildings in CSP Unit and the project cost is 50 Cr.

Ensure that the contractor is implementing the safety procedure on site.

Train the work force with regard to safety.

Ensure the plant and machinery are inspected at regular intervals.

Current project is $12 million designs build; consisting of constructing a facility for the Counter Narcotics Police of Afghanistan, the Judicial Support Unit, and the National Interdiction Unit. The project is located on 5 sites with independent security requirements. The construction involve providing all underground utilities tie-ins, 28 buildings, 4 which were multi story, 2 complete well system, 1 waste water treatment plant, a new NIU access road, and 2 power generation facilities.
