I’d like to introduce myself. My name is Adrian Britton.

I am seeking a position to use the skills I have acquired over the years of my work history. I have excellent customer service relation skills. I know how to follow up and complete a project. I have excellent employee management skills and employee training skills. I work well in team setting and excel in both multi-tasking and self-motivation. Most of my career has been spent in the automotive sector but I feel the skills I attained there carry over to all styles of management positions. It is after all the basic need of customer satisfaction being the goal.

I do feel the skills I have suit me for any type of management position and my personality and verbal communications skills are strengths needed to succeed. While I love vehicles of all types I have always risen to a management position in all my employment opportunities. This comes from my desire to see something done well to the satisfaction of the client and business ownership. I have excellent employee communication skills and know how to lead, train and listen to employees to fulfill their needs to grow and excel in their job setting.
