JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) To ensure the reliable operation of the unit by managing control desk as per operation system and SOPs.

2) To attend to emergencies like- system failure, tripping of any equipment, load throw, home load, station black -out etc.

3) To monitor the system and operational parameter of the unit.

4) To take readings, maintain log sheets, read gauges, trends.

5) Maintaining critical parameters of power generating equipment as per standard .

6) Handling situation like- could, warm and hot start-up of turbine.

7) Handling situations like light up, hydro static testing, and shut down of plant.

8) Emergency and planned stoppage emergency Handling.

9) Maintainin fuel flow as per targeted power generation.
