Performing management services, consultancy, design, operations and all that is related to the food industry especially large scale catering. Shaqab catering has been operating since 2003 and currently more than 5000 employees are working to cater 100000 persons.

My Accountabilities

Menu development/planning/review and implementation.

Responsible for daily production planning and execution in compliance to the standard menus.

Building facility relationship and coordination with clients.

Events and theme parties planning and set-up.

Managing material inflow and inventory while up keeping right stock rotation and FIFO standards.

Involved in purchasing and planning of raw materials with store and purchase department according to the future need and demands.

Providing regular trainings to the staff on Operational skills, GMPs, Health and Hygiene.

Creating job description and duty roster for staff.

Performing daily inspection of sites & kitchens, ensuring high standards of Hygiene and GMPs are maintained.

Ensuring all the CCPs/ OPRPs are performed and maintained on the sites and kitchens and are properly documented.

Dealing with the client regarding menu planning and sorting out the complaints, if any.

Implementation of cleaning and sanitation practices in kitchen and mess hall.

Active involvement in Departmental meetings, team building efforts.

Arrange weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports as necessary

Maintained store facilities to ensure smooth functioning – Made arrangements and placed orders for new stock and supplies whenever necessary.

Received deliveries of new equipment and ensured that all the supplies were in proper order – Stored the supplies and items received in their designated place to avoid time wasted searching for items and general confusion.

Monitored the functioning of various kitchen equipment and reported problems and failures to the management/Client.

Maintaining daily inventory and stock rotation as per the FIFO standard.

Managing daily material issue to different locations as per the demand or material requisition and posting of Issues Slips / Vouchers

Ensuring Receiving of goods and raw materials as per the schedule and maintaining proper records.

Performing raw material inspection for physical attributes and temperatures as per the CCP/ OPRP plans and documenting.

Performing vehicle hygiene inspection and safety inspection during loading and unloading of materials.

Maintaining order/ stock level of materials and raising material purchase request.

Effective record keeping of Incoming& Outgoing Materials and their inventory.

To Reports on Daily Leases to Store Manager Regarding Store Affairs with proper Logistics and Time Management Techniques
