•Conducted a multitude of seminars, focus groups TTXs, drills, COMEXs, functional and full-scale exercises at various jurisdictional levels for both the public and private sector in accordance with HSEEP.

•Facilitated federal and regional entities in the development and training involving the preparedness for, response to, and recovery from manmade and natural disasters.

•Built Federal, State, and Local emergency response, occupant emergency, pandemic influenza, oil spill response, and business continuity plans followed by training and exercises both in the US and overseas.

•Implemented “All-Hazards” periodic shelter-in-place, evacuation and tabletop exercises preceded by Personal Preparedness Fairs nationwide.

•Established a Corporate Emergency Response Team capable of responding to the needs of employees and their families in the aftermath of a disaster.

•Ensured a contingent of trained volunteers by instructing Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill Volunteer Training Orientation for over 300 attendees, and conducted training for 1,700+ employees nationwide in emergency preparedness and workplace violence/active shooter response.

•Taught >1,300 trainees from the public and private sector on the nuances of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) by coordinating diverse exercises.
