Sr.BA and Project Manager Team Size – 5 team members

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

The Business Analyst/Project Manager role will perform its duties in the Equinix Sales and Legal team. The role focuses on taking up new demands and managing them till deployment in both SFDC sales cloud and SFDC Legal team (Apttus).Apart from this primarily implementing the GDPR program in EQUNIX as a IT Legal team representative.

Contributions:

Take up demands for changes in the existing Sales process like change in Quote support project hence implement changes in opportunities, change Ordering process, addition of new process in Accounts for profile based approval.

Acting as a PM for the GDPR program a Legal team intiative. As a part of the program managed the full life cycle of an application developed in SFDC called Retention Schedule System. This application is responsible for storing the metadata which will be used for auditing purpose and prove the deletion of records EQUINIX applciations integrating with it.

All other applications in Equinix were responsible to send data to this application for deletion. Integration of all applications like Workday, Oracle, Reltio, UCM etc. through TIBCO and SFDC Tibco Service Now

Run the full program by prioritizing the applications to be integrated for GDPR and present to them the full process, retention schedules applicable to the applications and run the full program.

Managed the program for implementing Classic to Lightning migration for Apttus. Responsible for designing the project plan, object analysis, documenting the changes, business presentation of the changes involved, release communication hence ensuring smooth release.

Responsible for running the cross functional UAT for Apttus COUPA(Supplier vendor management system) Oracle and aligning the release timelines for Apttus changes.

The Business Analyst/Project Manager role will perform its duties in the Professional Services and Sales enablement team for Litmos team a cloud based learning management system for Callidus Cloud. The role is highly customer facing, provide solutions to the customer, define scope, execute projects.

Contributions:

Closely interact with Sales team to win deals get in projects for the professional services team and head those projects to completions.

Use Salesforce for creating opportunities, get SOW into CLM systems for getting signature on Legal team and countersigned from client.

Play a PM role and align the projects in the pipeline with developer availability prepare a project plan get the project executed right from the requirement gathering to project delivery. Handled multiple projects at a time.

The role focuses on data analysis for the Americas operational team, extraction of transactional Deal Operations data from SFDC and create dashboards in Tableau.

Travelled overseas as a WSE’s representative for providing knowledge sessions to the developers from other countries with the client.
