Experience Summary

ARAMCO/YASREF; Develop & write reliability based Maintenance Strategy & Administrative Procedures for ARAMCO/YASREF refinery CMMS. Software integration includes SAP, Meridian Reliability, Financial & Warehouse Inventory software including EDMS Cloud facility for P&iD’s, E/I & M technical Dwgs & equipment technical data.

ARAMCO/YASREF; Write Mechanical PM & Overhaul Technical Procedures for Rotating Machinery based on YASREF’s Reliability CA & FMECA to identify criticality & priority. Utilize YASREF’s OEM & Vendor Installation, Operations & Maintenance EDS as a recommendation resource. Static equipment, Regulatory Inspection & Mechanical Integrirty to follow in Mechanical Scope.

*Lead Planner for Implementation of Prudhoe Bay/Kuparuk’s 1st CMMS Preventive Maintenance System. In Prudhoe Bay Alaska, led 3rd Party Contractor in Database Development, Mntc Procedure writing, and user Implementation. PM System facilitated 3 Flowstations & a Seawater Treatment Plant, (STP).

* Coordination & Scheduling of 3rd party multi-discipline contractors for Flowstation T/A or Shutdown Mtc. To include 10 year API Regulatory Inspection @ Prudhoe Bay Alaska that terminates 500,000+ BPD Production @ 3 Flowstations, and budgeted for 100 million+ in Retrofit, O&M, API Regs & Capital Project for a 1 month T/A.

*Interface with muti-discipline crafts to include engr, mech, elect, instr, IT, operns support, HSE, etc., in planning of major maintenance events, T/A’s or equipment Shutdowns. To include EIP’s, Scaffolding, Insulation and E/I demobe, Blinding & 3rd Party mobilization. Provision for ALL materials recognizing Long Lead & Milestone requirements.

*Rotating Machinery Engr in Oil, Gas and Petrochem. To include removal & inert shipping preparation to OEM of HP/LP split shaft gas turbines in gas compression svc & single shaft in power gen svc. Steam Turbine Overhaul & Mtc up to 1500# - 500# letdown & process gas compressor Overhaul & Mtc.

*Mechanical Engr for Petrochem industry to include Vessel inspection and plant retrofit of piping, pumps and compressors. Lead Inspector for several T/A’s with O & M budgets ranging from 50-100 Million.

* (CMMS) Maintenance Management System Purchase, Database Development & Implementation. Supervision of Indonesian National team of multi-discipline Engrs, Mtc and Operns Techs & Supervisors in database development & implementation of Maintenance Management System for Offshore Java Sea Oil, Gas & LNG production. (i.e., 10 Flowstations, One LNG Processing Platform & One Offshore LNG Storage & Loading Terminal.)

Work History

2016 : United Arab Emirates National Oil Company ADNOC/ZADCO as a Senior Maintenance Engineer, assigned to Operations @ Zakum Offshore Oil Field.

Utilize resources & expertise of ADNOC Reliability Section Manager, Maintenance Supervision & Techs, Discipline Engineers, T/A Planning & applicable ADNOC SME’s to perform the following:

*Supervise EPC Petrofac PMT with CMMS implementation for Production Expansion Project in Persian Gulf. Project budget was 100mm+ for four artificial islands and associated rotating & static equipment to increase oil production from 500m BOPD to 1mm BOPD.

*Subject Maintenance & Reliability strategy included RCM, RBI, KPI’s, Spare Parts inventory/Outsourcing and EDMS for EIM drawing & technical information.

*Acquire & implement Cloud Facility to accommodate OEM/Supplier Operations, Installation & Maintenance Manual data and applicable facility rotating & static asset data.

*Develop & write Reliability based Maintenance Strategy & Administrative Procedures for ARAMCO/YASREF refinery CMMS. Software integration includes SAP and Meridian for Reliability.

Responsibilities included purchase, installation and data base development of hardware & software for a new maintenenace mangagemnet system. Work Order System implemented to accommodate 10 Flowstations, a LNG Plant and over 100 platforms for offshore operations in Java Sea. Also served as Rotating Machinery Engineer for same facilities. Included maintenance & overhaul of Centaur and Saturn Gas Turbines in gas compression and power generation service.
