Technetics Group Inc: Sr. Welding Engineer, November 2011 – June 2019 Responsible for all welding operations at 4 Locations, RSW, GTAW, PAW, EBW, Manual Semi-Auto, Laser and Heat Treat. Solve problems for new startup Welding, Heat Treat and Assembly Cells. Modify automated welding programs GTAW and PAW welding cells. Install new welding systems and solve welding problems for production. Maintain update and revise all WPS, PQR and WPQ to AWS D17.2, ASME Section IX and other customer specifications such as Rolls Royce, NASA, Boeing and others.
