Responsibilities

1.Working as Head of the Department of Management and co-coordinating and supervising a team of 15-20 teachers.

2.Responsible for solving teachers’ and students’ queries, problems related to subject and for maintaining discipline in the department.

3.Developing the curriculum and preparing the teaching material for different courses

4.Delivering lectures by using a organized plan, demonstrations, group discussions, seminars, presentations, case studies, field assignments and independent as well as group projects

5.Planning, controlling and marking the student’s tests and papers to evaluate their students.

6.Giving advice to students on curriculum and for choosing their career.

7.Provide individualized tutorials or remedial instructions to students who require it

8.Guiding independent or group projects of graduate & postgraduate students in the field of HR, Finance, & Marketing.

9.Organize various visits for the students to collect specimen for their research work and guide the students to complete the research work.

10.Supervising and guiding the teachers working in the department.

11.Participating in Faculty Development Programmes, Academic meetings, Conferences and Seminars.

12.Acting as Internal and External Examiner for various practical examinations and Viva-voce within the college and other University colleges.
