Admin Officer / Facility Manager, Noida

Org: Asian Fabricators & Co., Noida June 2008– Present Key Responsibilities:

Direct, coordinate and plan essential services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling.

Update and maintain usage records and invoice clients accordingly.

Prepare documents to put out tenders for contractors.

Manage, supervise and coordinate the work of contractors.

Obtain quotes and tenders from vendors and suppliers, manage contractor and vendor relationships, and check completed work by contractors and vendors.

Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures and purchases

Investigate the availability and suitability of options for new premises.

Calculate and compare costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money.

Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, Parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on

Overseeing building projects, construction, renovations or refurbishments.

Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security

Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained

Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Ensuring that facilities meet government rules & regulations and environmental, health and security standards

Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Helping businesses to relocate to new offices and to make decisions about leasing

Communicate with the architect, to know the design phase of the construction.

Estimate costs of material, labor, machinery and any other expenses to formulate a bid price.

Prepare a timetable to present to Authority to illustrate a project timeline.

Provide the guidance and job tasks to workers and oversees job performance. Educational Qualification:
