• On boarding Process/Off boarding/HR General Service/Recruitment assistance

• Requesting for Ministry of labour permit.

• Applying for Employment Visa/ Entry permit/ Change Status

• Arranging Travel arrangements for International Hires like flight, Hotel and transport arrangements

• Coordination with IT department for IT requirements for New joiners.

• Prepare on boarding kit for the Day 01.

• Collect the necessary documents from new joiners for the process of Visa & medical on Day 01.

• Conducting HR induction for New joiners with the power point presentation

• Initiate the Visa and medical process for new joiners also for the Renewal.

• Coordination with Tying centers and PRO for the Visa and medical process.

• Process for eligible employee dependents Travel/Visa/medical/insurance process.

• Update employee information in HR AX system.

• Coordination with Insurance and Life Insurance for employees and dependents.

• Initiate payroll process before Payroll cut-off for Deductions/expense/schooling allowance/leave encasements.

• Assisting for Recruitment team for sourcing CV and pre-screening.

● To Assist and lead in the process for recruitment activities and appropriate that they are conducted in an accurate and timely manner.

● Executing the business unit’s recruitment, including: liaising with recruitment agencies for specific role sourcing, reference checking for candidates, administration of visa processing, until on-boarding process is completed.

● Recruitment and on boarded more than 800 plus candidates within a period of 5 months.

● Conducting disciplinary meetings behave of Assistant Manager.

● Prepare disciplinary report, tracker and file the report.

● Coordinating with the agencies for travel arrangements for the candidates such as employment visa, flight tickets, and airport pick.

● Assisting the flight tickets for the overseas candidates through Dnata Service.

● Coordinate with the new joiners start date depend upon the issue of employment visa.

● Assist payroll team for the month end process. Coordinate with the Housing team to arrange the rooms for New Joiners.

● Enrolling the new joiner’s details in OASYS system and update IT department to merge the details in Clock in and out machine for the attendance.

● Manage payroll inquiries and escalations from colleagues and directly coordinate with the payroll department.

JOB Description - Emiratisation Recruitment

• To Assist the Recruitment Manager in the process of Recruitment activities.

• Assisting with Telephonic Prescreening, sending offers, security checks, preparing the joining formalities.

• Vacancy posting and administering vacancies using the recruitment portals.

• Update and maintain the recruitment and onboarding tracker.

• Coordinating and conducting emirate career fairs in colleges/University.

• Assisting with the Leavers process

• Preparing Onboarding formalities and collecting documents from the new employees.

• Updating weekly Emirate recruitment updates to the HOD/Manager.

• Provide help for Cluster Recruitment section when they are loaded. JOB DESCRIPTION

● BHM (4 year) bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management. University of Calicut, from Oriental School of Hotel Management, India

● Inter-National Diploma in Hospitality Management from AH&LA, USA, from American Hotel and Lodging Association, USA. (3 years, Distant Education) Specialized in Human Resource Management.

● British Psychological Society Certificate in Test Administration – Level IT SKILLS
