Monitor and record patients vital signs; monitored, recorded and evaluated food and fluid intake and output levels, patient’s progress, evaluated effectiveness and nursing interventions and consulted with appropriate members of health care team
Follow up with timely and accurate charting procedures; verified prior shift information
Well experience with Tracheostomy care and suctioning and Ventilator management
