Description: The system has been developed to achieve the complete automation of the company business process. It includes four modules Finance & Accounts (Bills Processing and Cashier Modules), and Payroll. I was involved in the Accounts and Payroll modules using VB 6.0 and Oracle 10g additionally we have to use the Crystal reports 8.5 also for rapid development of reports. For the KSK Energy Ventures Ltd, there is a separate concept called PRR (Payment Release Request) which will deviate the concept similar to accounting roles but the payments are carried out only on the basis of the directors decision only which is sanctioned from the PRR report. It is a complicated issue to maintain all the group of its sub-companies against the payments and the funds transfer over the project budgets and payments.
