Thesis on the topic ‘Transcript profiling of the genes showing differential expression in uterine fibroid disease’.

- Design molecular or cellular laboratory experiments, oversee their execution, and interpret results.

- Prepare reports, manuscripts, and work presentations.

- Discuss with vendors to evaluate new equipment, reagents and customization of product lines to meet user requirements.

- Worked in Central transgenic facility (Aug 2014-Dec 2014), Jamia Hamdard. Learned the plant tissue culture and the various techniques.

- Worked in Vaccine laboratory on Chikungunya and Dengue disease (Jan 2015- Jul 2015), Department of Biotechnology, Jamia Hamdard. The work focused on sample collection, processing, RNA isolation, ELISA and PCR.
