I make the schedule for the pharmacists and the technicians. I trained new technicians, students, and pharmacists. Went to meetings for pharmacists such as infection control and care conferences. Helped make sure we were Joint Commission ready. Took the minutes for P&T and also reported on drug recalls and shortages. Ordered all the supplies and medications for the pharmacy. Did various audits for the pharmacy such as control substance audit. Made forms and spreadsheets for reports needed. In charge of inventory. Made IVs, TPNs and filled the Pyxis.
