ERP Implementation Project Manager. Led the project team for a mid-size food manufacturer implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 software. Outsourcing Agreement
The agreement was a large Application Outsourcing agreement that Accenture executed for the client. The scope of the 5 year agreement included Human Resources, Financial, Supply Chain, and Real Estate applications. The agreement was subsequently extended 3 years. I led the outsourcing for all of Human Resources applications (approximately 140 applications). This work included the full systems development lifecycle activities (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment and production support) for all of the applications.
Onshore/offshore team – Managed a diverse team composed of approximately 75 onshore and 200 offshore resources. The onshore team was spread across the US and the offshore team was based primarily in the Philippines with some resources based in India.
Production Support – Provided Tier 1 Production Support for all applications – There were team members working 24 by 7 by provide this level of support
Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) – Modified all applications to remove all SPI data such as Social Security Number, Date of Birth, Sex, Race, etc., data encryption techniques were utilized.
Technology – The HR systems were built using a variety of technology including Java, Cold Fusion, UNIX, Oracle, and SAP
Corporate Learning – Supported the client’s Learning application that supported over 400K employees. This application tracked all training activity for individuals, both for normal job/personal growth as well as for strike (work stoppage) training assignments

Accenture Workforce project
Solution Design Lead for a large program to eliminate the Workforce construct in the Accenture organization (~250,000 employees). From 2001 to the present Accenture has managed its business by placing people in four different workforces – Consulting, Services, Solutions and Enterprise to manage their careers. As the Solution Design Lead, I led teams to define the new architecture without Workforces.
Talent Architecture – Define and map people to Talent Segments to clarify the roles that individuals are expected to perform
Career Architecture – Rationalize existing different career levels in each workforce to a standard, common set of career levels, define different standard career tracks for individuals to follow
Economic Architecture – Define how the economics of managing our business (pricing work, forecasting revenue) will be modified with the elimination of the Workforce construct
Legal – Understand the legal implications in the various geographies (Works Councils, Unions, employment contracts) across the globe and define the changes required to support the new architecture

IT Sourcing organization
Worked at Accenture’s largest client. Partnered with the client to develop an internal consulting organization within the client’s IT organization. This organization is staffed with company employees whose jobs were either eliminated or offshored. CDT WorX provides a pool of approximately 1000 employees to support critical IT initiatives on a temporary (project-basis) similar to an external vendor. Accenture assisted in setting up the organization and provides additional resources to supplement resource gaps that the client could not fill with their employees. There are four delivery centers – Middletown, NJ; Hoffman Estates, IL; St. Louis, MO; and San Ramon, CA.
Setup, launched and ran the Hoffman Estates and Middletown delivery centers, successfully transitioned leadership responsibility to clients
Integrated Accenture Offshore (India and Philippines) and Rural Shore (Pendleton, OR) capabilities into the delivery model to reduce Cost-to-Serve metrics for delivery projects
Responsible for all Accenture resources in the four delivery centers, ranging from 60 to 150 resources at various times
Led the Dispatch Center of Excellence (DCOE) Release 3 development project. This project was comprised of more than 70 client and Accenture resources developing a new release for the application that dispatches field technicians for landline telephone, internet, television, etc. installation and maintenance tasks.

Program managed enterprise-wide effort to create a standard phone bill for more than 30 million customers. The multi-year EBF project is budgeted at over $40 million and is projected to save more than $15 million annually. Led a $10M+ development effort to create a web-based billing system to support a large customer of two major communications providers. This application successfully integrated billing information from both carriers and produced a single monthly bill on the web for communication charges. The system also managed the collection and disbursement of funds (over $20M per month) to the appropriate provider of service.
