1.Project Name : Automated Pick and Place Robotic Arm using PLC

Keywords - Material handling, Automation, Productivity improvement, Compactness.

Software - Delta WPL Soft, Ladder logic

Description - The Idea behind this project was to develop and design automated pick and place process robotic arm with control system as PLC. This can be achieved by the use of photo sensor, which senses an input (any object) and it send signal to PLC. Then PLC send commands to control ARM.

2.Project Name : Obstacle avoidance robotic vehicle

Keywords - Avoiding collision, Detecting obstacles, to overcome obstacles on its path.

Software - C++, Assembly Language.

Description - The obstacle avoidance vehicle uses ultrasonic sensors for its movements. A microcontroller of 8051 family is used to achieve the desire operation. The motors are connected through motor driver IC to microcontroller. The ultrasonic sensor is attached in front of the robot.

ACHIEVEMENTS

3rd prize in µtron competition Orchitech 2017.

Participated in “Orchitech 13” CIRCUITTRIX Organized by NKOCET, Solapur.

Participated in “Project Competition” Organized by WIT, Solapur

1st rank in “Robot-war” at national level competition (Organized by SES CHANDAK Polytechnic, Solapur)
