Key Responsibility taken in Airport Operation System environment:

Installing and updating the ICT equipment’s at the needful areas.

Installing, configuring and troubleshooting (ATB) Boarding pass printers and (BTP) Bag tag printers

Installing, configuring and troubleshooting (WGE) Passport reader

Installing, configuring and troubleshooting (BGR) boarding pass gate reader and Oki printers

Troubleshooting all kind of ICT equipment’s in Airport and resolving the issue immediately without any delays.

Ensure proper working order of all terminals at all times.

Site readiness inspection for ICT inventories and performance checkups.

Coordinating with Entire Airlines IT Support for application updates and outages and acting accordingly.

Testing and setting up airline application as per airline IT request.

Taking in charge of planned and unplanned activities and behaving responsible according to the situation.

First and second level support to attempt to resolve the incident, use remote control if necessary for incident resolution including servers, routers and switches.

Understanding their requirements in the Airport for all kind of ICT requirement and assisting them accordingly switches.

Understanding Networking and ICT requirements in airport and coordinating with vendors and contractors for conference the needful requirements in the environment.

Preparation of new PCs/notebook computers for deployment, including the unpacking, installation of the operating system, installation of applications & PC BIOS parameters as per BAC policies.

Troubleshooting Computers hardware and software including IPhone, Laptops, PC, Monitors, Docking station, IP Phones Printers and Scanners (Brother, HP, Konica mentor and all Network Printer) that has authorized access to the environment also verify availability of proper desktop, power outlets, & network outlets.

Administered creation of IT User accounts and computer systems and offered support.

Managing User account from Active Directory Users and Computers (Reset the password, unlocking. Disabling, enabling, updating information and Adding permission)

Handling outlook related issues (Archiving, Importing and Exporting PST).

Upgrade of PC hardware as required such as increase of memory or hard disk size
