• Coordinate Office services and third-party suppliers for the purchasing, organizing and maintenance of supplies and all materials necessary for efficient office operations.

• Work with IT and HR to assist with onboarding of new hires. Assigning and setting up desk location, setting up handset, monitors etc. required IT.

• Maintains online SPACE portal: desk allocation, current floor plans, updated office and building information and making sure this information is kept up to date
