BFP 2 No’s – 81m3/hr, 270.60 Kw – KSB

3 x 63 MW Fully condensing 5 Extraction system Siemens and Air cooling condensing system.

250 TPH/for each units Internal and natural circulation CFBC Boiler (Make – Hang Zhou, China)

Pressure – 113.5kg/cm2, Temperature 545 deg c

Cyclone Type – Hot cyclone with loop seal and J seal blower.

Boiler Feed pump: 2 nos for each unit, KSB, 250 m3 / Hrs., 2MW, 3.3Kv.

Responsibility for my job:

Looking and continue morning of boiler all auxiliary equipment’s.

Maintain boiler reports and all log sheets.

Daily follow up boiler side all areas house keeping also AHP & CHP.

Maintain all boiler parameters by technical data sheets.

Daily follow up PM Job as per schedule.

Maintain of water quality.

Maintain stocks bed material, coal, LDO, all water levels.

Boiler shutdown time APH tube leakage test, ESP inspection, air nozzle inspection, loop seal inspection.

I am reporting to shift-incharge.

I am efficient operation & all parameters close monitoring emergency time & any situation.

Maintain rated & optimum parameters in any situation.

Academic Qualification:

Post Diploma in Thermal Power Plant Engineering from “NPTI Neyveli in the year of 2014”

DEEE from Tamilnadu Technical Board in the year 2013 First class with distinction

HSC Completed from S.K Government higher secondary School, Thethakudi South in 2011

SSLC Completed from S.K Government higher secondary School, Thethakudi South in 2009
