Please accept my application as a PSW for Trenton. In my career, I always trained or supervised, either at work or on ice, also in classrooms. In December 2010; I was at College Boreal; I was teaching students in their second year of office administration. I am also helping a student in learning disability whom attends Northern College and her first semester and her second semester, she obtain a GPA of 4.0. In the past, I was a sub-teacher at St-Jude School in Porcupine. Other employment I had to administer and interpret tests designed to determine the interests, aptitudes and abilities of clients before, teaching another subject. I also took two (2) years of human resources at college. At this time, once a week, I teach in the evening, someone that suffers from epilepsy who is attending College. Considering that, I indicated in my resume, I have (12) twelve years of administrative office, also (5) five years as a Community Outreach/Family Support Worker for the District of /Cochrane, in mental health and intellectual/physical disabilities.

My duties were executive as well, as coordinating and implementing programs & activities, providing guidance and counseling to the membership skills in addition, I am familiar with mental health services. While working in different site, I was opening and closing the building, since I was the only manager. Additionally, I was implementing nutritional classes, and outreaching to professionals in the community. I dealt with a total of three hundred and fifty two (352) members or clients that were individuals with intellectual disabilities and abuse issues. I acquired several techniques to deal with conflicts, by means of resolution skills. I have to say that I enjoy helping people in need, its fulfilling at the end of the day knowing that someone smiles because of a good action.

Also, I was supervising three (3) establishments; therefore I always assist clients to develop job readiness skills and job search strategies, Provide consulting services to organizations that provide community-based career planning resources to integrate them in the community. I enjoyed my position, because I’ve seen positive results throughout our community.

In addition, I taught children and adults with learning, and physical disabilities for (10) years. Often I did some suicidal intervention. I also implemented the Literacy program for members to learn how to read and write. Furthermore, I outreached in the District of Cochrane, and met great people. I always meet deadlines professionally. I am proficient to provide direct instruction, working with others, problem solving, decision-making, critical thinking, job task planning and organizing, finding information, computer use, and continuous learning.

I am capable to demonstrate relevant work experience and possess excellent computer and keyboarding skills. I have a wide range of administrative support, my training and experiences, combined with my ability to communicate in French and English, can make a positive contribution to your business.

During the time that I worked for three companies simultaneously, I acquired organizational skills, which allowed me to manage my responsibilities in a timely and productive manner, by working independently. In addition, my training and experience in accounting and payroll would be an asset. As well, I enjoy learning new computer software.
