Preparing resource loaded schedule, and Calculation of resources required completing the Project.

Preparing S-Curve and compare actual progress Vs Base line.

Preparing 7/14/30/90 day look ahead plan in Excel for follow-up.

Preparing 14/90 days look ahead plan in SAP.

Monitoring of critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.

Preparing extensive EOT and claim documents including disruption, acceleration etc. on the base of strong backup record.

Allocation of resources for planned job, identification and record of ideal resources.

Preparation of Equipment and Manpower histograms direct/indirect histograms, mobilization and demobilizations plan.

Preparing as builds, red line of drawings and TQ's.

Monitoring progress against job plan and schedule, responsible for preparing Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports, take physical progress.

Updating the program on a weekly basis and creating reports outlining detailed history & facts related to delays, disruption & additional works.

Ensuring that work is carried out within budgeted cost and time.

Coordinate all related activities pertaining to testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning of equipment and machinery.

Coordinate with customers for planning and scheduling of activities prior to commencement of work.

Attend Daily/Weekly Planning/Scheduling Meeting with client to achieve the target.
