Al Maryah central is a new mixed-use development located on al Maryah island in Abu Dhabi, capital of the United Arab Emirates. Designed as a multi-level vertical retail experience. Al Maryah central is organized around a central grand plaza with major department stores located at north and south ends. In addition to the retail elements, al Maryah central comprises a multi screen cinema, residential apartments and a hotel and aspires to the regions premier retail and entertainment destination.

As a document controller following are my job responsibilities

Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)

Distribute project-related copies to internal teams

File documents in physical and digital records

Create templates for future use

Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients

Manage the flow of documentation within the organization

Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement

Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed

Copy, scan and store documents

Check for accuracy and edit files as required.
