Job Description & responsibilities:
As a administrator:
Handle HR related documentation, personnel records and company records.
Act as the first point of contact for all human resource related activities.
Coordinate in-house training activities and track training sessions.
Handling passport renewals, E.id, medical & other hr activities also preparing medical bills of employees and submitting to head office on monthly basis.
Being the first point of contact for all general HR enquiries, administration and correspondence.
In charge of the day to day operations of the transport department.
Provide customer service by taking telephone calls and giving information to internal/external callers.
As a Camp Boss:
Manage labor accommodation which involves cleaning, maintenance occupancy in the camp.
Safety & security, Daily camp checking, camp total details, daily reports & monthly reports sent to HR department.
Handle all Location of rooms for new coming workers. Keeping updated records of all labors staying in accommodation.
Keeping and updating stock of safety, ppe & accommodation belongings.
Responsible for entire administration of staff & labor accommodation and ensuring the implementation of health & safety standards in camps
