All Instruments are to be calibrated as per the ISO Standards (ISO-17025)

Ensure the equipment/Instruments are working Properly without Deviation In the plant

Continuous monitoring of all CCP’s and OPRP equipment/Instruments.

Performing Validation of Installation and operation Qualification for the equipment

Technical evaluation of Interlock writes up as Requirement and reviewing the interlock write up.

PLC wiring, Troubleshoot and control panel Wiring.

PLC ladder logic development.

Reviewing the P&ID diagram and Control narratives

Installation and Commissioning, Selection of Field instrument like Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Level, Conductivity, pH and Performing their Calibration.

Prepare PM schedule and Follow the PM activity as per schedule

Prepare Check list of all Packing machine and all field Instruments.

Maintain the spares of all Instruments.

ACADEMIC PROJECTS

(I2C protocol) Inter Integrated Circuit

The project involves communicating two AT mega 16 board with each other using two wire interface and the output is verified by LED lights. This is done by master and slave. The communication works in the half duplex mode. The proposed system With a few Modifications can be used in many industrial applications.

Implementation of Sewage Treatment Plant using PLC This project involves treating an industrial waste water to purified water by adding some filter like activated carbon filter and pressure sand filter. This Sewage treatment Plant (STP) is done in Programmable logic controller. This process can be used in many industrial applications.
