Title- Electricity Load Forecasting Using Deep Learning Group size-4 Duration-90 days

Summary- Electricity forecasting is the predicting of electric power required to meet the demand. With the development of smart grids, accurate electric load forecasting has become increasingly important as it can help power companies in better load scheduling and reduce excessive electric production. This project focus on both short term and medium term monthly forecasting horizons. We use LSTM variant of RNNs have been proposed well in forecasting based on the past data. The proposed LSTM based method is capable of forecasting accurately the complex electric load time series with a long forecasting horizon by exploring the long term dependencies.
