It’s a 4 storey Residential apartments building with 96 flats in which I handled 32 flats from Block work, Plastering, Tiling, Painting and to end while the flats were handed over to Customers.

And also I handled STP (SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT) structure for the recycling of the wastages from the Flats.

And also I handled Landscaping at the OSR ( OPEN SPACE RESEVATION) area which gave a peerless look to the building.

For this project I was rewarded as “THE BEST COST SAVING PRODUCT” Engineer. 2. CASA– CASA GRAND – ELAN 15 ACRES Thalambur, Chennai. JULY 2016 – JULY2017 JULY 2017

It’s a 2 storey Residential Individual Villa of 333 no’s in which I handled of 72 villas from Piling, Structures, Block work, Plastering, Tiling and Painting. In this, I have been also directed for the BITUMINIUS ROAD work for the whole Project.

I have been awarded as “ THE BEST QUALITY ENGINEER “ the outcome of Quality product and also for the ONTIME DELIVERY of the Project. 3. CASA GRAND - IRENE Manapakkam, Chennai. AUGEST 2017 - PRESENT It’s a 4 storey Residential apartments building with 292 flats. In this Project, I handled STP (SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT) structure for the recycling of the wastages from the Flats.

And also I have completed around 2,00,000sq.ft area of External plastering. The painting activity is under progress for the whole External area. And also I have completed WTP (WATER TREATMENT PLANT) structure for the recycling of water.

I have also completed 435rm of Compound wall Structure along with Block work and Structure.
