The Drug Claim (NCPDP) transactions will be received through TIBCO Business Connect FTP Interface and will be processed through TIBCO Business Connect/EDIFECS System for Validation. TIBCO Business Connect will convert the NCPDP transactions to XML transactions which will be processed through TIBCO Business Works for conversion to ECHCF 5010 format and will be processed through the Facets XC Process and then loaded to the Facets XC Database. Facets Batch job will be executed against the XC Database and the transactions data will be loaded to the TriZetto/Facets System.

The Tibco projects which were developed in older version of Business works are version controlled in the VSS system. These interfaces are checkout of the VSS and loaded into the upgraded Business works version 5.9 The Project is initially validated for any errors or warnings that may occur because of the migration. If any errors are reported these are rectified. Once the project is completely validated successfully, one round of unit testing will be performed to make sure the existing business functionality is not impacted due to the migration. After successful completion of testing, the project is checked in to the VSS system. A detailed report is prepared which contains the details of the projects which are being migrated, the errors encountered, and fixes done to rectify these errors during the migration process.
