ACHIVMENTS: With Glenmore Distillery as Planner/Scheduler of Plant Maintenance. Using Micro Main as the plants CMMS program; had to self-teach myself how to operate the system. Revamped all PM’s in the system as well as create 300 additional PM’s to cover current equipment not being maintenance on a regular interval. Added over 1200 additional assets loaded into CMMS System that had been identified by myself and our outlaying departments

Set a PM program in place and now all PM’s are being completed in a timely manner 96% KPI. Also was able to plan multiple jobs the first week, 21 projects in all, met all KPI’s 100%. Since My arrival at Glenmore we as maintenance have been able to complete over 95 additional project 95% KPI’s meet some safety and production, the plant now runs 85% efficient as to a dismal 35% when I started.

Set up all maintenance in our new 40 million dollar Automated Storage Retrieval System facility AS/RS WestFalia. Added all assets and PM’s in our current CMMS system for maintenance
