CAREER PROFILE
A Drilling Supervisor with over 18 years oilfield work experience in drilling, completion and workover operations on several offshore jack-up, semi-sub, swamp and land rigs. As a strong team player, I have successfully managed rig teams as large as 120-150 personnel in each crew, from rig pre-mobilization to rig release on various projects, exhibiting 100% HSE commitment and excellent competency in coordinating rig operations with related offshore/ onshore logistics.
My drilling supervision experience covers several ERD wells with over 20,000ft depth, shallow/ deep kick-off points and high H2S concentration, achieving the wells objectives safely in record time and under budget. I also work as Area Manager for various SIMOPS projects in drilling, production and platform construction. Previous work as Well-Site Drilling Engineer, Directional Drilling & MWD/LWD Engineer provide me strong foundation in engineering analyses of real-time well data and recommendation of immediate responsive actions to resolve operational challenges, using best drilling practices.
I hold a B.SC degree in Geophysics from Obafemi Awolowo University and IWCF certification.
